A two storey side extension to a modern dwelling designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing structure while adding functional spaced and maintaining overall aesthetic appeal.

The Clients brief was to extend their modern property to create much needed additional space. On the ground floor  the existing kitchen and dining area was extended whilst an extra bedroom was created at first floor level. A combination of growing family and changing work habits mean the house needed additional space to suit the occupants current and future needs.

Runcorn Architects undertook the building regulation drawing works, including attaining approvals from Building Control and liaising with the Builder and Building Inspector throughout works on site. Minor amendments to the previous planning approval was also attained. The Clients had a keen eye for detail which led to a very well presented internal finish. The sloping rear garden was levelled with new new patio and amended lawn areas.
