We can advise on attaining change of use for agricultural buildings/ land to help diversify and maximise opportunities.

Runcorn Architects help and guide our clients through all aspects of the planning process. Recently we assisted several farmers attain change of use approvals on barns, from agricultural to commercial, enabling them to diversify and generate income from much needed additional sources. We have a wealth of contacts to assist on applications (including highways consultants, planning consultants, etc) meaning we can be the single contact point clients prefer to simplify and guide them through the process.

We have also advised on a number of barn conversions recently, both via full planning and Class Q prior approval – see our separate project page on barn conversions for more details on this.
